A multi purpose platform that delivers results
Comments: As a small business I need watch my bottom line. Leadtrac enables me to manage my pipeline of prospects and clients effectively. My system is automated to fire off emails, text messages and voice messaging calls through the Leadtrac platform. This enables me to always be in contact with my prospects and clients throughout their entire life cycle. This system is easy to use, and has increased my sales potential exponentially.

Pros:
I like that there is an organized system. It is easy to find what your looking for within the 3 blocks. The tabs within the blocks make it easy to keep everything organized.
Cons:
That there is often problems with it logging out while using it. I have to refresh the page to click on a different tab.

Comments: I Have used a another system at a previous job and I like Lead track better but i think there is a better way to track the process/ progress of each lead, and an easier way to follow up with the lead
Pros:
I like how user friendly Leadtrac is. Makes it easier to train usage
Cons:
Lead track is noted by date it was filed in a folder. The leads should be filed in each folder/category by the last note taken. This way I know I last called on Monday so by Wednesday I know to follow up again
