Awesome feedback software

Comments: Quite satisified and have faith in potential that it would grow to become a greta product.

Pros:

1. Easy for both internal and external feedback 2. Awesome integrations with design and feedback to view together helping relate better 3. Customizable view templates and boards for separate organizations

Cons:

Features are not fully upto the mark like sometimes there is a glitch when switching between organizations or boards

Easy to read UI, reliable, and to the point

Pros:

It functioned reliably and quickly, and did what I needed it to do. It made things easy to find when I needed them.

Cons:

More features could be added, such having the automated notifications contain a bit more specific information.

Seamless internal and external feedback on designs

Comments: I use Envoy on a weekly basis both for external feedback (by clients) and internal feedback (on work done by remote team members).

Pros:

Straightforward tool, easy to evaluate new versions of designs at a glance. It saves time to see both the design and the feedback on a single screen. Easy to use interface for giving feedback which can be linked to specific areas of the design. Very responsive team.

Cons:

Some parts of the interface (e.g. switching between different boards) are a bit confusing. However I understand this is a work in progress.
