WHEN A VIDEO WAS CAPTURED IT WAS CLEARAND EASY TO VIEW.
Cons:
DRIVERS HAD TO HIT A BUTTON TO RECORD AFTER THE INCIDENT. MANY TIMES THEY WERE FLUSTERED AND FORGOT.
